Qingdao Nanchen NG6 Composite Sand Core Shooting Machine Exported to India
Recently, the NG6 composite sand core shooting machine independently developed and manufactured by our company has completed ex-factory inspection and packing, and is officially shipped to the customer’s site in India. The delivered NG6 core shooter is specially designed for mass production of composite sand cores. It features two working modes: double-sided independent core making and double-sided synchronous core making, which can be flexibly switched via the sand shooting selector switch. Equipped with a Chinese-English bilingual operation interface, the machine is fitted with a temperature control system that precisely heats the upper and lower molds, and the sand shooting pressure is stably controlled at 0.7 MPa. Parameters throughout the full process — sand shooting, exhaust and curing — are visualized and adjustable, enabling stable production of high-precision, high-strength coated sand cores.
To tackle the forming difficulties of composite sand cores, the machine adopts a step-by-step core making process: first form the base sand core on the right side, assemble the preformed cores onto the left station, then activate double-sided synchronous sand shooting to achieve the integrated forming of the composite sand core, which effectively resolves the forming challenge of sand cores with complex internal cavities. The supporting steel pin positioning structure, parting surface sand cleaning design and vent hole anti-clogging optimization have greatly reduced forming defects such as insufficient core filling and flash, and significantly lifted the finished product qualification rate and production efficiency.
